Short presentation of argentine tango :

As a dance, tango promotes the reinforcement of body consciousness, the discovery and exploration of new modalities of movement, and an improvement of balance and space perception. More than codes, we seek the inner natural way that will enable one to connect to the other with limpidity and simplicity. It’s an improvisation dance that results in a dialog, a game, a secret tale.

Tango requires a mutual listening and attentiveness, but also a great degree of initiative; it demands us to do and let done, leaning on an individual and reciprocal trust. Tango music offers an immense range of emotions: one might be thinking indeed of the dramatic clichés, but beyond the manifold nuances of this repertoire, tango, together with waltz and milonga, can also become soft and romantic, dynamic and playful, slow and nostalgic… We enter tango as we are. We explore what we like.

Classes are structured around 3 main axes: technique, music and steps. We offer 4 types of classes in Geneva:
- beginners
- individual technique all levels
- intermediate and advanced
- private classes
